The grinding wheel is recommended to choose white corundum (code WA). It is not easy to heat when sharpening. At the same time, the coolant must be continuously poured on the contact surface between the cutting edge and the grinding wheel during sharpening. Metal emulsion No. 1 is recommended. The whole sharpening process is preferably divided into rough grinding, fine grinding and finishing, coarse and fine grinding are carried out on the sharpening machine, and the finishing requires a sharpening machine and manual work.
